Ownership:  Johnson Communications, Inc. is a private company with a technical knowledge and experience unrivaled by any local competitor.  Ownership at Johnson Communications, Inc. encompasses more than just the legal ownership of the business.  Every employee is empowered with the authority to act in the best interest of the customer at all times and is expected to take ownership of the issues assigned to him or her from the start. Our core belief is that everything we do must have a positive impact on all parties involved, including the employees, management and customers of any organization who retains us.   

Technical Abilities: Johnson Communications, Inc. spends a significant amount of money on training and retaining the best technicians in the business.  We seek out and investigate immerging industry trends so we can help our customers avoid the pitfalls of being on the bleeding edge of untested technologies.  We do not; however, shy away from complex technologies that provide real value to the end user.  Our strengths lie in providing the proper solutions for our customers.  In other words, we don’t just sell systems.

Industry Recognition:  Johnson Communications, Inc. was awarded the distinct honor of being the only direct dealer for Vertical Communications  branded products in the State of South Carolina.  This means that all other Vertical  dealers must buy their products through a supply house, which means that factory support is limited.  We cut out the middle man by dealing directly with the manufacturer and pass the savings on to our customers.

Johnson Communications, Inc. was awarded a training grant by the Workforce Investment Board of South Carolina that allowed us to retrain all of our employees in advanced VOIP technologies which places us well ahead of our competitors in real-world application knowledge.  We also worked directly with Vertical Communications to provide written guidelines for the grant application process to the entire Vertical dealer network resulting in additional grants being awarded to other Vertical dealers.   As a result Johnson Communications, Inc. was chosen from the Vertical Communications world-wide dealer network as the first ever Dealer of the Quarter. 

Johnson Communications, Inc. is also a direct  Bogen Engineering sound dealer for the upstate of South Carolina. We have exclusive rights to sell and service the elite Multicom 2000 and Multicom DCS school intercom system. We also offer a complete line of speakers, paging amplifiers and accessories for sound reinforcements and public address systems.  The combination of the Bogen Engineered sound product line and the Vertical Communications telecommunications product line has allowed us to develop custom applications for public schools that are not available from any other vendors.
