We just wanted to send you a letter of thanks for replacing the voice mail system purchased through Johnson Communications, Inc. at no cost to us even though the unit had gone out of warranty three (3) months before the failure. We also want to thank your staff for their prompt and courteous service.
We had purchased a fax machine from another well known distributor and one month after the warranty expired the machine failed. We were told the manufacturer did not make a replacement part for it and we would have to get a new one. Needless to say we did not purchase another one from them but went elsewhere.
Your professionalism and consideration for your customers has greatly impressed us. Your effort in taking care of your customers is a great commendation for your company’s reputation.
